ARTICLE 1 – SCOPE OF APPLICATION

These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter the "General Terms and Conditions of Sale") apply to the website www.georglux.com (hereinafter the "Site"), an online store on which GEORG LUX, a simplified joint-stock company (Société par Actions Simplifiée) with a capital of 3,160 euros, having its registered office located at 29 rue d'Astorg, 75008 Paris, France, and registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 989 324 090 (hereinafter "GEORG LUX"), offers for sale luxury ready-to-wear items and accessories (hereinafter the "Products").

The General Terms and Conditions of Sale are accessible from all pages of the Site. They may be amended at any time for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The applicable General Terms and Conditions of Sale are those that the customer (hereinafter the "Customer") accepts at the time of placing an order (hereinafter the "Order") on the Site.

Any Order of Products on the Site, after clicking on the "COMPLETE ORDER" box, implies consultation and constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale by the Customer placing an Order.

ARTICLE 2 – THE CUSTOMER

The Customer is defined as an individual, at least eighteen years old, acting as a non-professional consumer with the legal capacity to enter into a contract, who places an Order for personal use on the Site.

ARTICLE 3 – CUSTOMER SERVICE

For any questions regarding an Order, the Customer may contact GEORG LUX Customer Service by sending an email to: contact@georglux.com.

ARTICLE 4 – PRODUCTS

The Products offered for sale on the Site are those featured on the day the Customer consults the Site, subject to stock availability.

The Products offered for sale on the Site are presented and described with the greatest possible precision. However, photographs illustrating the Products do not enter into the contractual scope. Should they contain errors, GEORG LUX cannot be held liable.

Furthermore, the Customer is strongly advised to read the descriptive sheet of each Product they wish to order to learn its characteristics. The Customer is solely responsible for the choice and purchase of a Product.

ARTICLE 5 – PRICES

Prices appearing on the Site are indicated in euros, All Taxes Included (TTC) at the rate in force on the date of the Order.

Prices displayed on the Site do not include delivery costs, which will be invoiced in addition and will be presented to the Customer upon final validation of their Order and payment thereof.

Any purchase offers, including promotional offers, are valid as long as they are advertised on the Site. GEORG LUX cannot be bound by the display of an erroneous, manifestly derisive price, regardless of the reason (software bug, manual error, technical error). In such a case, GEORG LUX will inform the Customer as soon as possible, and the Order will be canceled.

ARTICLE 6 – ORDERS

Any Order implies full acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale. When the Customer confirms their Order by clicking on the "COMPLETE ORDER" box, they declare acceptance thereof as well as of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

The Customer accepts that GEORG LUX’s Order recording systems serve as proof of the nature and date of the agreement. The purchase order can be printed.

Upon recording the Order, a detailed acknowledgment of receipt is sent to the Customer at the email address provided. This acknowledgment specifies the exact amount invoiced and the delivery terms of the Order. This acknowledgment constitutes acceptance of the Order and validates the transaction, subject to payment of the Order by the Customer.

In the event of unavailability of one or more Products after the Order has been placed, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible. They will then be offered the option either to modify their Order or to cancel it and obtain a refund within fourteen (14) days following their request.

The Customer may cancel an order placed on the Site by contacting GEORG LUX Customer Service by phone at 01 40 40 72 02 or by email at contact@georglux.com, provided Customer Service confirms that the order has not yet been processed. If Customer Service confirms that the Order has already been processed, the Customer cannot cancel it. The Customer must then refuse the parcel upon receipt.

GEORG LUX reserves the right to cancel or refuse an Order if it considers that a dispute exists regarding the payment of a previous Order or if the Order placed presents any form of risk.

ARTICLE 7 – PAYMENTS

All Orders are payable in Euros. The Customer may pay for their Order by Bank Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express are accepted), PayPal, or Apple Pay. The Customer guarantees GEORG LUX that they possess any necessary authorizations to use the chosen payment method when validating their Order.

GEORG LUX reserves the right to suspend or cancel any Order and/or delivery, regardless of its nature and level of execution, in the event of non-payment of any sum due by the Customer or in the event of a payment incident. Penalties equal to the legal rate increased by five percent apply automatically to unpaid amounts ten days after the invoice date.

As part of the fight against Internet fraud, information relating to the Order may be transmitted to any competent authority for verification. To ensure secure payment by credit card, the Customer must transmit the Card Verification Value (CVV) of their bank card to Ogone.

BNP PARIBAS handles payments, refunds, and chargebacks. Its registered office is located at 16, boulevard des Italiens, 75009 Paris, France. Payment security on the site is also provided by BNP PARIBAS.

Delivery is carried out by a selected carrier partner to the delivery address specified by the Customer during the Order process. Any erroneous or missing information in the delivery address and identity of the Customer releases GEORG LUX from delivery liability.

Upon receipt of the ordered products, the Customer must verify their conformity and express any reservations or claims to the postal carrier or refuse the parcel if it appears to have been opened or damaged. Any anomaly or incident regarding delivery must be reported to GEORG LUX Customer Service by email at contact@georglux.com immediately and at the latest within three business days following receipt of the Order. Otherwise, the Order is deemed delivered in good condition and cannot be subject to any subsequent dispute.

ARTICLE 9 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Pursuant to Articles L.121-21 to L.121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code (Code de la Consommation), the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the Order to notify GEORG LUX of their wish to withdraw.

To exercise this right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform GEORG LUX of their decision to withdraw by mail or email prior to the expiration of the withdrawal period. The Customer must then return, at their own expense, the Product(s) in their original packaging, at the latest within fourteen (14) days following communication of their decision to withdraw, to the following address: GEORG LUX, 29 rue d'Astorg, 75008 Paris, France.

When the fourteen (14) day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday, it is extended to the next business day.

GEORG LUX cannot be held liable for damages resulting from fraudulent intrusion by a third party leading to a modification of information made available on the Site, or in cases of force majeure, namely an external, unpredictable, irresistible event independent of GEORG LUX's control.

In the event that GEORG LUX's liability should be retained due to loss suffered by the Customer as a result of non-performance or improper performance of its services, it is limited to the amount of the order paid by the Customer.

The Parties agree to consult each other as soon as possible to determine together the terms of execution of the order during the period of force majeure.

ARTICLE 13 – PARTIAL INVALIDITY
